Kris Arvind

Kris has over fourteen years experience in Professional Services & Management Consulting with an emphasis in manufacturing, automotive, and financial services industries. He has worked with large Fortune 50 organizations in areas as diverse as organizational vision building, change management, complexity reduction, business simulation & value analysis, portfolio/project management, and process improvement, while delivering millions of dollars of cost savings.
Kris is also co-founder and Managing Director of The Pacific Institute (TPI) in India (a CGN initiative) and has extensive experience as an efficacious facilitator of TPI's widely successful curriculum, Investment in Excellence®, helping individuals and organizations worldwide achieve tremendous growth and success.

Kris is an alumnus of the Kellogg School of Management Executive Program at Northwestern University and has degrees in management and engineering from Michigan Tech University, USA and Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, Australia. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and a certified IS project manager from the American Management Association (AMA).

Ram Seshan

Ram has had a rich corporate experience spanning 38 years covering engineering and manufacturing operations in diverse industries, project management of multi-disciplinary construction contracts for oil and gas sector; marketing of industrial products and military hardware and systems for the armed forces. |

Specific assignments include - exploring business diversification opportunities; techno-economic feasibility studies; negotiating technology transfers; organization and methods improvement; coordinating quality, health, and safety audits for oil pipe line construction; design and implementation of management information systems; and computer based solutions for business functions.

His current interests focus on the linkages between people's development practices and business process. In the year 2001, Ram received specialized training in coaching executives and facilitation of management development programs based on quantitative approaches in the development of individuals and groups. Issues such as Motivation, Communication, Teamwork, Organizational Development, and exploring ways to enable participants realize their potential to enhance performance, productivity, and profits are the areas he focuses on.

Ram received his MBA from IIM-Ahmedabad and earlier graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and has worked with leading engineering organizations in India and abroad.

He received his Bachelor's in Engineering Degree from Netaji Subas Institute of Technology, Delhi, India, in a First Class with Distinction. This hands-on experience includes projects and assignments in Manufacturing Operations, Materials, Inventory Management, Information Technology, Finance and Accounting, Marketing, Sales, Product Support, Distribution Operations, Logistics Engineering, Business Research, Corporate Planning, Resource Development and Contract Logistics Services. He is a recognized leader in change management based on 6 Sigma processes and is certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) by the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS). He is a long-time member of the Council of Logistics Management (CLM). |

Before founding CGN, Guha was director of the Advanced Computing Technologies Group at Automated Analysis Corporation (AAC), an engineering consulting organization. He was responsible for the development and implementation of group strategy; and his contributions allowed it to become one of the most successful software organizations in the engineering domain. |
Guha is an alumnus of the Kellogg Management Institute Program at Northwestern University and the Executive Program on Engineering Management from the Krannert School of Business at Purdue University. He also received an MS in Engineering from Iowa State University and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras. |
